Online shopping and delivery times

I do not know about you but I am so tired of ordering online paying more for shipping and then it takes 2 weeks to get to you anyways. I just recently ordered something off of ebay ended up paying $33 for priority mail shipping and insurance ( this was on the morning of August the 10th) and then I did not receive anything until the first part of September. The package came in and shows it was not even shipped until the 19th and was sent out parcel post and cost $15 and now the lady won't return my emails or the difference in shipping costs. Grr...
Does this ever happen to you? What do you do about it?

Oh that would make me mad too. That is why I always pay using paypal. I put a ticket into Ebay and Paypal. Then I give a negative mark to the seller on Ebay. I have never had that happen nor do I do that to others. What I do when I post an item on ebay is I only allow for standard shipping, but when I go to ship it I ussually send it faster. It gets me higher marks on Ebay from the buyer. If they are expecting it in 4-5 days and get it in 2-3 days they are very happy.

I hear you . I use to sell on Ebay and I was always right on top of getting things out and if I was not able to I at least notified the customer and would refund a small portion of shipping if it was to be an extended delay. This lady I am dealing with has mostly positive marks and I do not want to give her a bad mark but she will not even return my emails anymore. Maybe I am going to have to though.

Give her a bad review and hopefully she will learn her lesson and won't do it again. She may even feel compelled to return some of the shipping money to you.

that never happen to me maybe because i usually shopping based on total purchase include the shipping fee.if the shipping fees to expensive i won't buy at all..but thankfully,all item that i had bought online arrive safely and very fast at home..
