How often do you have a health check?

Teachers, i mean, especially college teachers in China can have a free annual health check, you know the blood test, X-rays, pressure test, and i had my health check this morning. The result shows that i'm in quite a good condition except a poor sight of my eyes. how often do you have a health check?

I work at school and here in Russia we have a medical check once a year. It's obligatory for all teachers.

wow, i got a russian friend, great! you work at school, does that mean you are a teacher? we are neighbor countries like brothers and sisters, nice to meet you in mylot.

well bud no free health checks in pakistan we have a checkup when we get ill:) or when suddenly meet a relative or friend doctor and say hay bro! i have these symptoms...what you think it could be??

In my school, here in the Philippines, we are being required for an annual check up because we are catering young students and it is a government's trust that we must keep ourself healthy in dealing with students and also, to ensure that students will not get diseases from us. I think it is just fair because we are the one benefiting from such policy. We can give immediate actions to illnesses before they become worse.
