Draft - how would it affect dual nationals  | |  Was just talking this over with my son, who will be 17 next year. We are not living in the US anymore. He said that if McCain gets in he will bring the Draft back. If the DRAFT came back - how would it affect someone with dual citizenship. Are we better living out of the country. Would they touch him on this side of the water.B
