How do you mintain your diet?

Hi Myloters
Many of us have difficulty trying to stay healthy and ab course sexy body but whenever we see or smell a good food there it is we lost all the hard work we been doing. I been struggling lately to maintain my weight because soon as I put on weight I cant stop eating and I put on weight very fast. I try to starve myself sometimes which is not really fun but it work for me. So hard.....
How about you how do you maintain your weight? Do you do any exercise or go to gym? What other method do you use? Is it working?

Hi there!
For me there are only three ways to keep a fit body. One is daily exercise, proper diet and a lot of discipline.
I am very fortunate to be successful in maintaining a fit body. Though I'm petite I think my figure is just right for my height. My secret is that I lessen my intake of rice. Here in my country rice is always a part of a meal, from breakfast to dinner. I only eat rice once in a full meal. It's either lunch or dinner. But it's usually during lunch time and at night I only eat bread and that's wheat bread cause it has a lot of fiber and it helps me flush out the next day, everything I have eaten for the previous day. I also eat less meat instead I eat plenty of veggies and fish. As we all know meat has a lot of fats and it is bad for our health.
I have been doing this kind of diet for 6 months now and so far it has been working for me perfectly. I don't deprive myself of good food and sometimes I still eat rice and a lot of sweets as long as I have to flush it out the next day, its ok. I suggest you increase your intake of fiber and drink lots of water. It aids in the bowel movement.
