Grilled, Fried or Broiled?

How do you prefer to have your steak cooked? And what is your preference as far as doneness?
I prefer grilled or broiled personally and like to have mine nothing less than medium well or well done. (medium well is much juicier though)This has always been my preference for as long as I can remember.

I prefer to make my steak on the grill or in the frying pan with fried onions, medium rare.

Oh yeah I love sauteing the onions after the or with the steak on occasion though I love to fry my steak then saute mushrooms in the same pan it turns out so good. Now, I am getting hungry.
