I read that they zero out your money on the first day of the month once you have the minimum payout. Or at least I think that is what I read. I also read on the main page after you sign in that you have to submit tax information to receive commissions. Is that true or did I read it wrong? What if I didn't do taxes last year because I only made a few bucks? Then what do I do? Do I have to do anything to get paid or will they automatically put it into my paypal account?
