How do you ask the way to washroom?

What do you do when you feel like going to washroom? whom do you ask for this when you are at a new place? What do you do when it is an emergency situation?

Maybe i will ask security man in there if there's a people place, or i will ask anyone near me, whoever, cause go to washroom is important for me
