Milk is one of the worst things you could drink when you are sick. It will make you throw up and feel even worse. The best thing to do is drink a lot of water. Try to have some clear broth soup like chicken noodle. If you can, take a tylonal and try to have a nap. Rest is the best thing. Even though you might feel really cold, don't bundle yourself up in lots of blankets. it's known that your body temperature is really high during a fever and even though you feel cold, putting blankets on can cause your body temperature to raise even more. This can lead into having seizures. Try to put a cold rag on your head and try to keep your body temperature down. Agian, rest rest and rest are your best bets.

hey! I usually take lots and lots of fluids when I have a fever. But water doesn't really taste good when you're sick, most of the times it tastes soooo bitter so I uaually drink orange juice, grape juice, fruit juice or any other fluids with flavor to mask the biyter taste of my tongue. Maybe you should try soup too, I'm usually too tired to chew a lot of food when I'm sick. To bring down my temperature, I also take paracetamol every 6 or 8 hours until I'm feeling better.
Aside from drinking lots and lots of fliuds, I try to get plenty of sleep and rest. I also read ot watch television or movies just to relieve boredom, but not a lot or whole day though, don't want to stress your eyes but just for a while.
I know it really stinks to have a fever but I hope you'll feel better soon.
