Saddam Hussain is dead and gon. A new regime has been installed in Iraq. The process of nation building is underway. Slowly life in Iraq is returning back to normal. Why should the US Miliatry continue to stay in Iraq? Let Iraq manage their affairs and handle their policy.

I agree.. I think that if they havent figured out how to run their own country by now then there is no hope.. we cant stay there forever and i dont like that we are over there now but we have helped them set up things and we have helped train them so i think our job is over.. but then again im not over there so...

I think they are staying in there just to make sure that the local people don't act out against the new goveernment as they are not used to this type of living anymore. Saddam Hussain put that poor courntry through so much, and that is the normal now for them. Not this new system. However, I do agree with you. It's time to move out. Why are more people continuing to die for nothing? Let these guys come home finally. They did what they were told to do and now it's over.
