What meats really do/ or don't taste like chicken.

People keep saying "mmmm taste like chicken" about a lot of different meats, but honestly, except for duck, I don't really taste it. Though I do think lamb and beef taste similar.

Not really, lamb is like, more fatty. To me, duck doesn't taste like chicken; there is a distinctive flavour to it; moreover it's a bit tougher than chicken. However I can't differentiate between duck and goose. The only meat I have tasted that taste like chicken was ostrich (or emu). Just as soft and tender!
