I like pineapple and grapes. I also like lemons and oranges. All of these fruits are good for you and are rich in antioxidants. Cheers!!

For me the best citrus fruit to be consired and high in vitamin c is, grapefruits, orange, mandarin, lemon, lime and pommelo. I like orange juice and lime juice pretty much.

Admittedly, I'm not so knowledgeable with qualities of fruits and I'm not the type of person who likes citrus fruits so much. I do eat them though, but I rarely have much of them unless they're really ripe ones. Personally, I prefer sweet and watery fruits. However, I remember being told by a physician before I entered high school, that the citrus fruit which contains the most vitamin C is absolutely the guava fruit. If my memory still serves me right, I ate a lot of icy foods and guavas before having my monthly period then, unknowingly. As a result, I experienced painful spasms and abdominal cramps which unfortunately, made me bedridden for almost a month. My body is quite sensitive regarding sour fruits and foods.

i think its oranges. its high in vitamin c. theres a lot of fruits thats has vitamin c but i think oranges are the best in vitamin c.

last time i read about the banana in the magazines it covers not only the magnesium but also all the important nutrients that a human body needs it is also helpful to get out of depression according to what i have heard and hence one banana a day will always be helpful
