Do you get tensed when a problem arises???

i am emotional guy and responds immly rather than thinking and respond. but in seconds i get cool and convince the other who is not fault but i scold the man who is at fault i wont bother at all. i am trying to change myself to respond to feelings rather than emotions

Problem arise in the every body life but we should not be tense in period
of problem rather we pray to god for solution.only god help us in time of
diffculties.to be tense is not solution of problem but it make the problem
more complicated .

I am cool to handle tensed up situation. Generally I approach the problems as if I can solve them soon. This positive mind had caused many troubles in life too. I can not forget the troubles came out of my positive mind. But still, without getting into troubles, I could solve them. As this is an online forum I don't want to put those experiences here. It won't help others who were also involved along with me.

Well, normally at home, women are the one who come up to save men in trouble. It is from the time unknown - from the time of Ramayana! OK, then women takes advantage out it too! good, must be.

When men are tensed up and feel like spoiling the situation, women comes to rescue them. That is the successs of married life - sharing the burdens together.

Fortunately, I could handle many of the situations, but am not sure of the future!

I do most of the times, I can't help it but I try to control it. Your mom was right when you get tensed you really can't think straight and you won't be able to do anything. You have a good mom there.

I am the kind of person who will bury their head in the sand for a couple of hours, and then realise that I have to face the problem, so I will then do something about it.
I will never just ignore the problem completely, as I know that I will never get anywhere in life if I act like this.

I dont get tensed when a problem arises.I will handle that situation smoothly and I will solve it in a peaceful manner.My mom will get tensed even for small matters but my Dad will handle them frankly as me.Thank you for having this discussion.Happy mylotting

Yes,very frankly I get tensed and till the problems gets solved I am full of tentions.But then of lately I have started to be cool and make sure that the problems gets solved and I have also realized that there is no use in us getting tensed like what ever happens would happen for the best and there is no need for us to get tensed.

Well i dont know which kind i am . and all but i know this much that there have been soo many problems in my life and soo many means soo damm many. Many of them are running with me now. Lol. Well anyways when i am tensed, the only thing i can do is to start thinking about it how to make it fine and all. even i cant make it fine. Then i keep on thinking that ohh my god. What should i do now? And then i think of the problem socially and then it troubles me more and i keep on thinking what should i do now in the future to tackle this problem and stuff like that. so i really dont know what kind i am. I get tensed very easily but even manage to fix it . I get tensed even thought i know in the back on my head that i shouldnt be tension becasue if i am then nothing can ever happen. I am sometimes both. Sometimes I will stop and think about things when I have a problem to figure out and other times it overwhelms me and I can't really stop and think about a solution. I may freak out at times and break down, but then later I actually do come up with a solution. It all depends on the situation and my mood that day. If I am in a positive mood and feel good, then I have a lot easier time figuring otu a solution, but if I am down and feeling negative I tend to tense up and not even try to look for a solution until my mood has lightened.
