So i'm a student at Metropolitan State College of Denver and decided to take an online course this semester due to my crazy schedule. I've found out the hard way that you actually need to follow the schedule dates and really study on your own otherwise your going to miss alot of the class school work. So far i'm getting an "A" because after the first two weeks i realized no one was going to call me or tell me what to do. It's all read for your self and get yourself motivated. Really hard for me by the way. But i did it and it's going pretty well. Has anyone else ever taken online courses and are they always this easy as long as you stick to it?

I take on-line classes now at Strayer University. The classes are ok because you log in whenever you want to do your discussions, assignments, and quizzes within a 7 day period. I like it because you don't have to log in at a particular time to do live chats or anything like that which works good with my busy schedule. So far I have a 3.8 GPA so it's going pretty good for me. When I first started I didn't take it as seriously as I should have and my grades suffered a little but since then I've been pulling in the A's.
