Do you keep your computer in good condition?

Do you maintain your computer well? Do you perform periodic virus scans,disk defragmentation,and check disk errors ? Its necessary to perform these checks to keep it good working condition or its performance will certainly degrade. I do a scan every week and defragment it every month. How many of you do these and maintain in good condition?
