encouraging a friend to change work place

when you know that your friend is not being treated how he/she should be treated in the workplace, how do you tell them that it is time to move on? specially if they feel that they should stay since they dont want the trouble of having to find another job again....

Well, if you're close to him/her, if I were you, I'd just say it straight away. I'd tell my friend what I really think: that I want my friend to have a better future and to be happy and I think he or she can enjoy life more if he or she tries to find another job. Plus I'll probably try to help find job opportunities if I can.

i know, i already told her....and actually, i dont have to tell her coz she, herself knows her situation....she just doesn't want to be bothered by the application process again....she doesn't want to go through all those things again....

Ahhhh...then it's her choice. You can't do anything more if she doesn't want to move. :-((((
