Do you argue with a call center representative?

I don't argue with them i ask so many questions but i never argue, because i know they are just doing there jobs on informing us about our inquiries. I know some who raise there voice and argue with them, there reason is they are working because you pay them. They have a point but i think its useless to argue with them because you can't see who you argue with and what they look like.
