what is your all time favorite artist during the 80's?  

Hi mayrose! I give you high-five for that. It can't be denied that Michael Jackson is one of the best artist in the 80s, and even before that. He's a talented performer rolled into one (singer, songwriter and dancer). Even my daughter, who's 16 is a big fan of his, lol. Another fave artist of the 80s of mine is Madonna.

BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN!! and I still think he is amazing as a man and talent and singer. He was here in Sweden not so long ago and I had no ticket!.. I almost wept!!

Yup, Mayrose, I watched his MTVs, and listened to his songs.

He was really good - that moonwalk of his was spectacular. There was a year that he had quite a number of songs that were award winners! Too bad he went for a facial and image restructuring!
