What is the minimum education level a political leader must have?

Every citizen like to have peaceful country.But for this we need a faithful godfather.The guardians of democracy cannot be goons and criminals,for which all the citizens of the country contesting for a office should be definitely be atleast.For the progess of a country we need a knowledgeable people who can lead the country smoothly.All the professions need a minimum level of education then why doesn't same rule apply to politics.

A politician can earn a doctorate, and it still does not make a difference in decison-making and values...Look at Obama.

graduation or atleast some university. though many leaders have proved themselves and raised from an ignorant worker to a successful leader but in today world they need to have economical sense and understand world affairs.
and only education can provide that...
