You could have ear wax built up in your canal. Your dr. may be able to remove it. A home remedy is to use some sweet oil to soften the wax. Then while tipping your ear toward your shoulder use some hydrogen peroxide to flush it out. The hydrogen peroxide helps bubble it loose.
