I have to say he is the sweetest dog ever. He is also a havanese. They are so well mannered, at least he is anyway. But he also has weird health problems, skin allergies, constant eye infections, a rib that kind of pushes out. Are these kinds of things normal in havanese? Can you believe they tried to get rid of them in Cuba:(
