I think this can be done in all mid-high range sony ericsson mob's, there's an option in pc suite of sony ericsson, called synchronize phone with computer, just click on it and follow the steps. Your contacts will be Synced with the address book of microsoft outlook or outlook express.

you are asking a verry verry great and good question too,yes raghul you are way of thinking is very great too. in my point of view nokia is the worlds best phone forever i think am i right,ok i am coming to matter nokia is the only mobile phone which has that precise and valuable option that we can back up our datas ie,phone contact datas and phone message inbox,outbox.drafts datas and also we can put it in a cd or pendrive,but it is very very immpossible in any other phone in the world so sorry you cant take any backup frm sony group of phones sorry raghul without nokia you could dnt do any thing wit that sony eriscon so go for nokia group of phones its best forever. bye raghul77ster

Actually you can able to download all the SMSs from your Mobile to your system, in what are all the handset have MP3 and Mpeg provision, where you can able to transfer your SMS to your PC..

One of My Friend who is having N73 Handset, who is transfer all his SMS from his mobile to his system on daily basis, because i used to send him around 100 SMS per day, whenever i activated my SMS pack.

This provisions are available in Sony erriction also, and even motorola hand sets also have this provisions i think, when i went to the Universal stores, i remember that they have told about this features of Sone errictions and motorola.

So, try it with any of these..

i too using sony ericson mobile only i having many sms backup it has no problem in my mobile i think its not possible to backup kn't store in computer
