Is it harder for you to fall asleep or stay asleep?

For a long time I've had a problem falling asleep, but since I've had my baby 7 months ago, I don't have any problem getting to sleep, but now I have a problem staying asleep. I wonder what the sudden change is about? I don't know, maybe because my baby wakes up every 2-3 hours for milk and I'm just programed to getting up so often. I even wake up between the baby cries, I just wake up for no reason and can't fall back to sleep. I'll figure it out.

I think it is just the mother instinct in you. My problem used to be falling asleep but once I got there I was fine. Would sleep through the night. But now I have a 15 month old in the house and I wake up frequently but seems I go to sleep pretty fast now. He sleeps through the night maybe I need him to train me now! LOL

I guess for me the hard part is falling asleep. There have been times I've sat in my bed for a more than an hour and even longer without falling asleep. It's been this way for a long time. Although I have seemed to have an easier time these days falling asleep. At least a lot easier time than I used to. The easy part for me is staying asleep. Unless I wake up having to go to the bathroom, I usually sleep through the night without any problems or waking up at all.
