Adding Photos to Discussions

Okay I'm new here, but I need some help adding photos to the discussions. I have found that if I try to add a smiley face an error message will pop up telling me I need a score of at least 200 at the same time a box allowing me to upload a photo comes up. This is how I've been adding photos, but when I reach 200 posts will this box stop popping up? How do you add photos to your discussion?

If you go below the my Lot code, you will find add an image.
You can only do this in discussions you start, I think, until you reach 500 posts, then you can use them in responses, as well.

You can upload them to different interests, and you can use them in discussions you start, as long as they are relevant to the interest group or the topic you are posting. You just aren't supposed to be able to post them when you are responding to other discussions.

You cant upload photos here till you reach 500 post I guess they think its a priviledge to let us upload photos which I guess it is since we get paid for it and its easier to upload photos then it is to make post. But that should be your goal to try to reach 500 post so you can upload photos and get paid more money.
