The other day I was at a courier service provider, there was a young woman attending the counter. I was mailing some important Documents and I asked her to be gentle with the envelop and if they warranty the documents will arrived in good condition (this was a door to door courier) Her answered was that she only handle the package right there so she didn't know. I was paying USD$50.00 for my envelop, I expected my mail to arrived in the same condition I was delivering them.
One of the things I told her was that if she can't deal with clients demands she shouldn't be working at the counter she should be caring boxes in the back! Yes I gave her a piece of my mind. At a point the woman took a deep breath and there I was rubbing her my best smile: "That is it take a good deep breath, it's good to be a Client,uh?".
This has keep me thinking that people no longer demand good service. My family have always make their money in service related companies so, 'GOOD SERVICE' has put food on my table. I myself have worked providing service to people, so I know what it is to give and received. I do demand what I pay for!
What about you?
