What do you do when you feel very tired working?

Sometimes we are so tired working that we like to just sleep and forget about life and work. If that happens to me, I often go out and take a walk or pick up the phone and call a friend. Sometimes, I take a break by going to a place where I could only watch nature and enjoy the day to myself.

I used to work at a place where they would literally work you two days in a row. I know that it sounds bizarre but it's the truth. When I got home though, there was always a lot of commotion and noise so that it made it hard for me to sleep. Partially I think my grandparents didn't believe that I worked such long hours, and I believe they thought I was going out with two people at one point, atleast my grandmother did.

I hit send before I finished. Most of the time I would get on the computer to relax, and that is partially how I met my fiance. Other then that I would go out to eat and then try to get as much rest as I could before Going back in for a long shift at work. I appreciate the discussion.

I have read this from someone a few months ago:
"Whenever you feel tired and worn out swimming against the tides of life, lie down your back on the waters and float. Let the tides lead you to where you should belong. Trust the tides; do not fight. Let the world lead to where you should belong and carry your burden so you will not get tired."
Happy myLotting.

You always do the right thing to relax yourself, Masmasika. It’s really pleasant to shake away the tiredness by chatting with friend to express your feeling or to enjoy watching the nature landscapes where the environment there is tranquil, after the tedious work.
After a hard day work I like to throw myself in the couch and listening to light music. Then enjoy a wonderful nap. Then enjoy a cup of hot coffee or green together with some delicious desserts. This always could make me refreshed and energetic again.
Or, if the day is still young I would then pay a visit to the nearby stream to watch fish swimming freely in the crystal clear flowing stream and listening to the chirping of the birds in the meantime.
posting and have a nice day.

Well, same as you when i feel so tired from work I just sleep for whole day during my rest day.. I don't want to get out from my bed.. I just want to sleep and lay down.. Sometimes, if I feel pain in my back I just watched TV or eat foods.. But most likely, i rather lay down on the bed even I can't sleep.. I just want to feel comfortable and relax..
