What do you do when your depressed or upset?  

Hey bestest friend! I do what you do of course! I shop!
What else is there? Only I don't buy such expensive jeans
cause I don't have a husband and I don't have any money
and I have to pay for them so I have to shop on a smaller
scale, but wtf I still shop!!! You are funny though! You
really make him pay and I like that! I think you deserve
it! I would do the same think if I had a husband wh was
being and @ss too! Where can I find one??? I really could
use some new jeans too!

Well at the moment I live alone, but I think I have mellowed out a lot now that I am older, I really don't let things get to me anymore. That even goes for my grown kids. I have decided life is to short to worry about everything. If I did, I would not be alive today lol.

hahahahahaha! You are correct about that, my hubby will also laugh at me when he will stress me out and i will tell him that I need to have some divertion and I need to shop! LOL! Since, I am not driving, he will accompany me and I will tell him that do it again so that I can shop again! LOL!

ANyway, that is one way for me and another is by staying here in Mylot, I tend to forget and divert my feelings..I will be entertained responding and typing and forget that I am upset and depressed! LOL!

Eat, eat, eat. Or, not eat, not eat, not eat....to excess! Unfortunately no one suffers but me when I do this.

Yes, a girl needs new jeans and pretty things when we get upset, I couldnt agree more.

Well, when I am upset, and when married, I had to fend for myself.
But now I am gone and that means I was REALLY upset, now I can just do whatever pleases me.

I listen to music or watch a movie. I get away from the place where I'm at in my head.

I won't be shop, shop, shopping for a while. With the economy falling apart around us I'll be watching my spending very carefully.

I come to myLot and go troll hunting. Always seems to cheer me up when I can verbally land on someone with both feet.

I come to mylot and stalk mykl and zukepr, they are always good for entertainment, and I go troll hunting. Stalking mykl and zukepr is an easy way to locate trolls on a lazy day, because chances are they are after them already. yay for teamwork! LOL

I hug my knees to my chest and cry. Unless i'm also anxious, in which case i pace and cry.

That's funny! LOL I think I need to start doing that and if he gets mad at me for spending money we don't have then I'll go again till he quites being mean....I love it!!
