GIZTER!--Are you a Member?Did you get paid

Hi everyone.I have been a member of Gizter since May of this year,as of the moment,my earning is around 0.32 cents(geez)The minimum payout is 10$.They also give incentives.If you earn 1.5$ for the firts time,they will give you a 10$ bonus.They do have a certain payment cycle(which i do not understand),which is supposedly updated monthly(which never happens)It is now october,but the last update of my earnings was last May.. Is anyone here a member of Gizter?Are you experiencing the same thing? Can someone here help me and give me an explanation on what is happening? is Gizter authentic and true? Or is Gizter a scam and a plain crap? i hope not.. Thanks guys
