Rodgers wont fix my brand new phone

I was running in the city the other day and my phone slipped out of my pocket and landed on the ground but i noticed it after i had put my foot overtop of it already. I took it to the rodgers store i bought it at and they sent it away to get fixed but i got it back 2 weeks later still broke. They charged me $225 to get it fixed and said they would send it away again for service but another 3 weeks later they sent it back still broken. The face plate on the motorola V3I had been shattered but there is no phyisical damage to any other parts of the phone. THe display screen on the inside of the phone went black after i picked it up and opened the phone up. The phone still recieves calls but the display screens are busted.
