Do you know how to make yourself happy??

When i am sad the only way i can do is go to sleep then wake up everything is gonna be fine at least for a while.I don't know how o make myself happy again and I don't drink and get drunk like some people. Do you know how to make yourself happy when you are sad??

when i am sad,i will try to forget the problem and think of something happy.i feel that it is no use being sad all day long as it just makes you more depress.why dont i be more happy so that i can enjoy my day?i will engage in something i like to do when i am sad to make my mind from remembering any of the sadness.

I enjoy food and cooking ...
i will look tru my receipe book ... see what i can make easily ... try to make it ... normally it will take me about 2 hours or so to make them ... i will put alot of concentration on making them good ...
I will then take it to my office the next day to share with my friends and ... it makes me happy to hear prases ...

When i get sad, i go to a lonely place and spends some tears, prays to god and most important thing i do is, make analysis of the situtation which made me sad and in future i take care of those thing,which should never happen due to my fault. That's it.

Hi snpyvin,
When I am feeling sad I normally watch a comedy show and start laughing, then I would go for a walk in the woodsand be one with the nature and by the time I get back I feel very happy. try it.

Well, I follow age old tradition to feel myself happy. I do meditation and try to make my mind dance with the cosmic music. Exposing my mind to infinity helps me a lot to overcome stress and sadness.

When I am sad and in need to feel better and happy, I think about the good things in my life. I think about my boyfriend and my friends. I also talk to my friends about what is making me sad. It helps to alleviate the pain I may be feeling. And a lot of the times they would do things to make me laugh.







. Do keep following what you do right now as if its can bring happiness back to you.
