Management lesson: from the great INDIAN thinker - Chanakya. A good leader makes every follower inspired and productive – be it community leaders, spiritual leaders or corporate leaders. In the presence of the master, everyone feels safe and secure. But the real challenge is when the big boss is not around. Chanakya says: “The minister should take steps in case of calamity of the king” want to know more and more tips, .. just leave a remark here.

Taking the initiative when the boss is not around is being proactive. Every bosses wanted a proactive employee. That would surely make the boss notice you and could lead to your promotion. Thanks for sharing.
