Absolutley Fabulous - It's a british sitcom I am assuming out of syndication as the seasons are now on DVD - season 1-3. I read the little blurb about it on Amazon.com and it sounds funny, but then again, can't really go by what that says as it doesn't say a whole lot.
Has anyone seen it? What American sitcom or American actresses can you relate it to? I hear it is similar to Golden Girls and Mary and Rhoda (Mary Tyler Moore show of the 70's). What is your review of the series? Anything else you can tell me about it?
There is just absolutely nothing worth watching on tv these days and I have been slowly collecting (based on when they go on sale!) sitcoms and series from the 60's and 70's - back when TV was fun and good and enjoyable and worth watching. I came across this series - didn't know it was british, but it sounded funny.
Thanks for any comments

It's ok, its about a long suffering daughter with a terrible mother, the twow are complete opposites.~The mothers best friend hates the daughter as she thinks she is boring. I never cared for it that much but it was allright, all the episodes were basially the same.
