philippines is a place where theres a lot of beautiful places worthy to be visited and explore, beaches are the main attractions, while Baguio and tagaytay are the places preferred during summer vacation because its cool out there..but for many the beaches and resorts will do..others go to places where there are lots of fruit tree plantations like davao for marang, suha, and the best durian. others like laguna and batangas for its luscious lanzones and pineapple..and so many more places with their unique qualities that attract both local and foreign tourist to stay and enjoy the beauty of the different places in the philippines..for me i prefer places like baguio of tagaytay for summer vacation and davao, laguna or batangas for fruits tripping and boracay or mindoro for the beautiful beaches...how about you, where in the philippines you prefer to spend vacation?

I would like to bring the kids to palawan since they were not able to go with us since my husband and I went there during class days. But the kids want to go home to Manila instead. They study here in Davao. My 17 yr old daughter will leave on Oct11 and my 16 yr old son will follow the week after. We have been here in Davao since March. There are only 3 regions more that we have not been to=The Bicol region. The Zamboanga Peninsula and the ARMM. The kids have been to the whole of Luzon, except Sagada and region 4-B, MIMARO.The whole of Mindanao except those 2 mentioned above and the whole of Visayas except Iloilo,Bacolod.Dumaguete. They loathe to travel to Banaue Rice terraces and Pagudpud.even to Baguio. They hate the Tarlac part. They full asleep upon entering tarlac and wake up still in Tarlac. Tarlac they say is too long. They get so tired. They dont like subic anymore. We are always in Tagaytay since we have relatives in Sta Rosa and Ponderosa. They only want to go back to Boracay and Bohol if they will be with their cousins sothey will really enjoy. But unfortunately, the cousins could not afford the trips. For now, they prefer Manila, where their friends and cousins are.

I'd like to go to Tagaytay because there more restaurants over there. I go to Tagaytay with my friends once in a while just to eat then we'd drive back to the city. Baguio's not bad as well but it's farther and more boring. I'd love to go visit Cebu, Bohol, and Palawan. I've lived here all my life and have yet to see these provinces. Some foreigners who vacation in the Philippines have been to more provinces than I have which is really such a shame!

Visit chocolate hills for a day or two. It's not far from Tagbilaran city. There is also a hotel in the area when you can spend the whole night watching the sky like you are on the top of the world. Boholanos are the best when its come to hospitality. Their culture is quite interesting slow yet progressive. They are always smiling, even in the midst of difficulties..

Never been to,but can imagine the line in the Kuril tour of the country scene in the Philippines,it is best to wear sunglasses,is not afraid of that brilliant tropical sun intrusion, the only Pacific island country is like a piece of colorful palette, the interception of Any fragment of time and space, there's Van Gogh painting with a crisp publicity .Of course, you can also cinsider sunglasses aside, squint his eyes, the smile onto the brilliant colors of the country, you believe that your return will be a bunch of people smile.

El Nido is my dream place. Eversnce I saw the pictures of El Nido I already fell in love with it. I've been wanting and dreaming of going to that place for almost 13 years now. The rate is in dollars and the last time I checked it was 15,000 PHP a night. It is so expensive I coudn't even think if I could afford to spend at least a night there. I mean practically speaking who would want to spend so much on a vacation? I am hoping that I could really go there someday.

If I have enough money, I would like to visit Bantayan Island of Cebu, Cuyo of Palawan and of course the tourist spots in Davao City. I fell in love with Bantayan Island after spending 45 minutes in the resort there, while Cuyo was the place in Judy Ann's movie Ploning. Davao is the place where I spent most of childhood, and I still crave for its beauty.

Yeah, there are wonderful places that was quite good to explore and spend a vacation in the Philippines. And the places I would love to spend my vacation if I have time are Baguio, Palawan, Cebu, Bohol, Pangasinan and Laguna. Like to see the beautiful beaches and islands in Palawan and Cebu, the cool temperature and highland places in Baguio and the chocolate hills of Bohol, all that I'd like to visit and see someday.

The places in the Philippines that I would like to spend for some of my vacations are in Palawan at the El Nido Resort, in Pangasinan at the resort where I can see their hundred islands and the Pagsanjan Falls, in Bohol where I can see their chocolate Hills, in Benguet where I can see their Rice Terraces, in Albay where I can see their Mayon Volcano and there's a lot more.. I can't just imagine how many beautiful places here in the Philippines. We are very lucky to have a country like this. And everyone of us must do our part to preserved and maintain it's beauty.

we all do appreciate the beauty that nature has given philippines, actually even foreigners do really find a good time here in our country and just need some push on our political personalities to make a absolute program to really develop them and benefit from them in doing so...

Last May, together with my office mates we went to Palawan, specifically Coron. The place is now being recognized as a place where lovely beaches abound. We traveled by air to the Coron airport. The resort staffs fetched us there. We traveled thru land by the jeepney. The two hour ride was fanastic.Palawan's forest and scenes are virginal, you'll get to see wide grasslands, luscious forests, great forming mountains. The place is just great. We also saw some few locals.According to the guide, most locals travel by foot.Therre is also no electrical and water supply in their place.Te resorts are powered only by solar cells.Cellular phones can be used but you should find a spot were there is a signal. After the ride a boat was waiting for us,which will get us to the resort."El Rio Ymar" is the name of the resort. Its best feature is the connection of the river water to the salt water. The place is also located infront of a steep land formation.I guess that formation looks like a mountain but tou can reach the top within an hour and a half by foot. If you are looking for a place to really rest, recuperate, have a quiet time and forget about all the complications city life has,go to Palawan.I definetel enjoyed there.Next Summer, I am planning to go there with my special someone.Im sy=ure he will definetely enjoy there.

I never really get the chance to spend a grand vacation since I am working full time. However, every year, we make it a point to relax to some places for three days to seven days. I've already spent a vacation in Baguio, Pangasinan, Batangas, Tagaytay, etc, etc but of all the places I've been to, I say that Zambales is the best because the place where we are staying gives us 100% relaxation and stress-free environment. This school break, we are going there again for the camp and I am looking forward to that!
