Citrus honey drink recipe?

I went to a ramen restaurant and ordered a drink called "citron honey." It was so good. They have it hot or cold. It is pretty sweet and has lots of pieces of lemons and other citrus fruits with the peel on that I think have been steamed at the bottom. So yummy. Does anyone know of this drink and how to make it??
