how I found out that he was the one...  | |  Before I got serious with my present boyfriend, I fooled around a little. Before we got together, I had a boyfriend who left me and broke my heart. And at first, my present boyfriend became the love on the rebound. I thought, I could leave him, if ever my wanted to get back together. But I was wrong, I couldn't leave him. Not because I felt sorry for him, but because, without him, I could't see myself as a whole.
Then we had problems, I became hopeless. I wanted to end it all, then someone came into my life. At first I just wanted to be friends with him, but one thing led to another. And again, I came to the point that I was ready to leave my boyfriend for this new guy. In the end, I felt that I couldn't leave him. One reason was because the other guy couldn't leave the girlfriend, but the reason that struck me the most was... this guy couldn't love me as much as my boyfriend did.
Although my boyfriend seemed to have more cons that pros. I can't help but fall in love with him even more. Its like his imperfections were the reason why I loved him more, that even if my friends and family say bad things about him, my feelings for my boyfriend just keep growing stronger.
I know he loves me very much, and right now he is the only man I want to spend my life with. I may be wrong with all this feeling s**t, but I pray that I am right.

He was and still is such a gentleman. He wrapped his arm around my arm and sheilded me from the wind with his coat. Opened to the doors (still does that) and kept his eyes on me even though there were many pretty women around. He makes me feel loved whenever we are around each other and constantly tells me how much he appreciates me and is thankful for me and my love.
Another way I know he is for me is I don't find myself thinking about other men. Sure I am attracted to other men, but that is just human nature, but I don't act upon them. I couldn't imagine doing anything to hurt him and I know he would never do anything to hurt me in return.
