What is the benefits of drinking black tea? Can someone tell me the health benefits of drinking black tea and also other teas that may have better health benefits over this particular tea? Is there any difference in where you buy tea over other tea manufacturers? Currently i drink Earl Gray Bigelow Tea if anyone knows about this tea company.
