Socks With Sandals?

British Vogue is touting the newest craze - socks with sandals. These kind of remind me of those ankle braces you have to wear when you hurt yourself - not cute at all! What do you think? Has fashion gone too far with its extreme focus on accessories this season? Is it totally trendy or just plain ridiculous? Would you wear socks with sandals?

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! that is what old european opas where because it is too cold to wear sandels, so they wear socks with them. its so scary! lol. my father in law is german and the church we belong to has german roots and we, the younger generation, always poke fun at the older ones that do this!

I don't see myself doing that, nope, but then I don't pay much attention to what's trendy, just to what I do or don't like.

This has been the norm in Utah for the past decade. So I don't know why it is a new "craze". I think it is disgusting and it makes me throw-up a little in my mouth. Might as well wear shoes if it is too cold to wear sandals.
