wow..Are chocholates really healthy? |
|
I love chocholates very much, especially the dark ones. Hersheys, Cadburys and Nestle are my favourites. Just now I read in an article that chocholates are healthy and eating them has some good effects in the body. The article says that chocholates helps to lower the blood pressure and also fight against heart disease..Is it not a good news? I really could not believe this..wow..Are chocholates really healthy?

Also have you heard the news about melamine containing milk from China I read that those are ingredients in making chocolates so be sure you are eating the safe ones.

5. oyenkai (3328) | 1 year ago | Yep! As long as we take it in moderation. AND dark chocolate really is more healthful that milk chocolate. I actually saw an article on this and decided to pass the message in my blog (Things We Love to Hate LOL it sounded like the best candidate for an entry then!).
