What is the difference between red and white wine?  

white wine is kinda strong compared to red wine but if you use to drink all the time any wine taste like water

Red wine gets its color from the red grape skin that is mixed with it. Cheers!!

Red wine gets its colour from it's skin. it thus has more tannin & needs to be matured before drinking.
Red wine is made from black grapes.It is enjoyed at 18 degrees C.

White wine is made from white grapes or deskinned black grapes.It is more acidic in nature. it supposed to be drunk chilled.

The first difference is the color. Technically white wine isn't actually white and there are basically three varying gradations in color. Red wine gets it's color from the skins of the grape and that color is affected by how long the skins are left with the juice.

Want to hear something funny? John Clease did a video called wine for the confused and he held a wine tasting at his house where he put a white wine and a red wine into sports bottles and asked people if they could tell the difference merely by tasting the wines and most of them could not!

These people obviously didn't know that much about wine but how different the wines taste would depend on what the types were. Some wines taste similar to others and some you can identify right away.

I would encourage you to get out to someplace where you can taste wine on a regular basis to learn more about it. You might just have some fun!
