What are you favorite ingredients for your homemade fruit smoothies?

Vanilla Honey-Nut Smoothie - For example, a smoothie is a better choice than a soft drink, even though they both contain sugar. Focus on sugar-containing foods that have other nutrients instead of just empty calories. Of course, if you have diabetes or are trying to lose weight, pay attention to any type of extra calories, sugar, and carbohydrate because eating too many sugar-containing foods can wreak havoc with blood sugars and also lead to weight gain.

My favorite flavors are banana, avocado, apples. During hot days, I go for watermelon flavors because it's very refreshing. I also like the flavors of Costa Rica smoothie, a combination of pineapple and banana. If you want something extraordinary, try the Paradise Delight, with a combination of banana, strawberries and mango.

Freshly grated ginger, honey, beepollen, wheatgerm and flaxseed. Think healthy. And they taste great. The ginger adds alittle bite to it I bet you will love. The rest is for energy and good health. You can't go wrong.

I love pineapple orange smoothies at home! I juice the fruit in a juicer(for some reason they come out better this way for me) then toss in some ice, blend away and it's heaven!! :-)
