the color of your bike

when you were a kid what was the color of your bike?? How often did you ride it?? what color are your kids bikes?? how often do they ride theirs??
When I was younger I had a purple bike. I lived in the country so I couldn't ride it into town, but when I could I rode all over where I lived. Both my sons bikes are red. My daughters bike is pink and they ride it almost everyday. But only around where we live.

OH MY the memories of my bike. I had a 12 speed purple bike and I rode it everywhere. I also lived in the country but from the time I was about 13 or 14 I rode it into town...About an hours ride on a bike. Me and my friends would meet together and go biking I loved my little bike. We had great times going everywhere with our bikes. There was about 6 or 7 of us that would go everywhere on our bikes. I remember once me and my friend rode to another town away from ours...IT POURED. We made it there but as soon as we got there we called my mom and she came and got us. I WAS NOT IMPRESSED.
Now my oldest daughter is 8 and she has a BRATZ pink and purple 7 speed that she learned how to ride over the summer. She wanted me to go biking with her and we went on a couple but I have a 3 year old that is a mommas girl and I can't do much with out her. Soooo I am hoping next year I will get to go more places with her. None of her friends are riding yet so she has no one to go with...yet....oh good times.
