Which type of Modem Do You Use for Your Internet ?

I used to use dial up type of modem before the current one.It was built in one in Nokia 3550 phone. I used to connect the phone with a data cable and use the phone as internet Modem.Airtel used to provide me the prepaid services.But since the speed which I usedto get from this moem was too low and the problems of weak signaks was also there as I am staying in a remote area, I had to shift to present plug and surf modem by Reliance.This is a far better one but not as good as Broad band as far as the speed is concern.This modem have the tendency to get stopped in between and I really used to get irritated about this.Now having down loaded Connection Keeper a soft ware I no more face erratic disconnecting problems any more ! I want to have a broad band connection but since I am staying far away from the township this facility isnot available. How about you which type of modem do you use for your Internet ? Kindly respond ! Thanks!
