What do you do when you need to unwind?!

We all get caught up in the day to day and stresses of work. Sometimes we just need to let loose and unwind. Remember to enjoy life and the little things. What do you do to unwind and enjoy life? I love to take a impromtu drive to the beach and sit on the beach for hours watching the waves and having a long great conversation with a friend or loved one. When I don't have time for that in my hectic schedule my more realistic get away is to take a long bath and read a good book! I never get to just read books anymore and so when I do I love to just loose myself in a great book.

We do not have a beach here. But when i get the urge to unwind, i take off to a beach for a couple of days. If i do not get the time then its, a long drive or watch a good comedy show or movie.

Laughter is always good to unwind! And beaches are nice. The closest one to me is about 2 hours so I have to have alot of time to be able to go and enjoy that! Thanks for responding.

i usually want to go to a new place that can help me forget the things that makes me depress. most of the time i am comfortable to go to the beaches and botanical garden, it makes me refreshes my mind.

I like to read to unwind. Or I like watching TV. However the biggest way for me to unwind is to turn on the computer and surf the net or play online games like on POGO or something like that. Being online for me is pretty relaxing. I'm not sure why it is, I just know that it is relaxing.

I also play Pogo to unwind alot. I do the badges. I have a slight pogo addiction! lol. Thanks for the response.

I watch TV or DVD to unwind. Sometimes I talk with my friends and have a couple of drinks. Have a nice day.
