no mr, we muslums, we love jesus very much not as a lord,but as a prophet and messenger of god. I will say to you why
If I ask you, all people before islam believe in whom? you will say in one god, so how jesus is a lord?
There is no verse in the bible in which jesus says I am a god, so how he can be a god?
The merveillous of jesus are only miracles that god give them to him to guide humanity to believe in one god.
Concerning the birth of jesus, Iwill explain to you something: as god create adam from no male nor female, hawa(wife of adam) from male only, all people from male and female he create jesus from a female only, and that's for that we belive god can do everything

Can you also explain to me why thousands and thousands become muslums and also yours chaplains and preachers enter in islam .

I'm not saying anything against Islam. Far from it. I respect your belief and other people's faith. For, in the end, all tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.

no it'nt true at all, all tongues deny that jesus is a lord and affirm that he is a prophet at least for reasons I gave to you in the last comment.
can I say to you something? you also you are convince that jesus is'nt a lord but,excuse me, you are lying on your self.
There is no logical argument that affirm that jesus is a lord.
But islam is the religion of logic, it is the religion accepted in every time and every place.
Please read what I have posted in the last two comment and you will be convinced.

An other argument is that when the scientific researches started, church killed and tutored all scientists and researchers, because the bible was against sciences, and then they finished by seperate religion and sciences and all life domains.
However, islam encourage all different sciences and all the recent researchesin different domains(univer, biology, geology,humain body, plants,....° are mensionned in quran and sunna
