what happens if you fail the car inspection for the 2nd time due to emissions. what can be done? does your car get any extensions. how do you get it fixed? what if the sensors are good but the codes still come up? are there fuses for sensors? they said it could be electrical could this be possible?

hi fire...you can always get a 2nd opinion. i had mine go out and it needed a part. something like an evap cannister purge valve. take your car to a garage or two. if 2 garages say the same thing then you have a good idea what you're dealing with.

i have the codes with say sensor heater and the oxygen sensor. i called the dealer and they said that thats the problem. well i got it all fixed with the parts and the same exact problem is happening and its saying no activity with these sensors. they are saying its electrical. your are oh so right about going to different garages. i was told by 2 garages to just do the drive of 60-100 miles and it would go away. well it hasnt. and i think cause i am a female these morons told me this stuff thinking im stupid. lol. how funny for them. i will got to the dealer and get it scanned. thanks for your advice and response
