| |  As a friendship, hanging out kind of relationship i don't mind, but having a romantic realtionship at that age with that age difference i have issues with. If i was 15 dating a 20 year old, my parents would through a fit, no matter how mature i was or how great a guy he is.

| |  most parents would still be paranoid about a friendship/hanging out thing too though lol.. i dunno.. i remember my mom having a fit because there were 2 years between me and jay and she and my dad are 7 years apart but didnt marry till my mom was 23 so it was no biggie.. i just wonder if something were to happen and she get pregnant or something if that guy wont end up being in trouble ya know??

| |  I do see what you are getting at but, Miley is moving in an older crowd and a boy her own age would seem almost like a baby compared to her. Honestly, I don't see the problem. Billy Ray seems to know Justin quite well and if he thought the boy was suss, I'm sure he wouldn't allow it or, at least, would advise against it. At 15, when I was dating a 19 year old, my mother was happy to know that someone responsible was with me when I was out.

| |  i wonder what he would say if she was dating a girl her age instead *snorts* seems fine to hang around with potential paedos but i wonder if it would be that fine to be a lez hanging around with a girl her age.
i dont care what they do, but usually a father's job should be to be protective of his daughter...not obsessively but not unconsideratively either...

| | lol exactly who i had in mind :p it was fine when she was jumping from bed to bed being a coke addict because she obviously had troubles wiht her sexuality...now that she is healthy, clean and in a stable adorable relationship he is taking all things out on poor sam...wtf...some parents are like that...my own mother stressed me allt he time for never having a bf, the time she understood i might be having a girlfriend she panicked and threw me out unless i straightened up...which of course i didnt...lets hope all works fine for Miley...its never nice when older people take advantage of young kids | | | |
