um.. last time i checked you were suppose to keep your daughter from some one almost 5 years older.. yeah she is turning 16 but to get with a 20 year old?? if she wasnt a minor i wouldnt care but jeeze..

As a friendship, hanging out kind of relationship i don't mind, but having a romantic realtionship at that age with that age difference i have issues with. If i was 15 dating a 20 year old, my parents would through a fit, no matter how mature i was or how great a guy he is.

most parents would still be paranoid about a friendship/hanging out thing too though lol.. i dunno.. i remember my mom having a fit because there were 2 years between me and jay and she and my dad are 7 years apart but didnt marry till my mom was 23 so it was no biggie.. i just wonder if something were to happen and she get pregnant or something if that guy wont end up being in trouble ya know??

It depends on what state they are in. I know in some states there is an age of consent and like 16 or 17, but i think there is also a specific number of years in the age difference that has to be calculated in.

Also mom would not have had any problem with me hangout with them, because the only time i was allowed to hang out anywhere was church.
