Pista or Badam.....

Which one would u prefer having when it comes to dryfruits.I would prefer the pista as I find it really tasty,the only fact is that I have to break the shells and sometimes u go crazy but then I dont mind. Regards

Pista is Tasty But Badam Have many Useful Proteins & i prefer Badam
