How can I get rid of my bags?

Hello! Is there anyone here could help me or just give some tips on how can I effectively get rid of this eye bags? Every time I saw my face on the mirror I always got disappointed with this eye bags under my both eyes. Please help me with this. Is it true I got this from sleeping late at night?
