What are some foods that make you sick?

I sometimes eat food that makes me sick or sometimes I can't eat too much of it such as buffalo sauce on chicken or cookies and cream candy bar (especially when it's a hot day), um Sausage, and Vienna sausages

the foods that make me sick are mainly vegetables like cauliflower and brussel sprouts but I think it is maily the thought of them, I just can't eat them unless they are swimming in a thai sauce or something.

really? I love vegies, but yes they are better with more flavoring.
