| | Actually I do not have an healthy sleep. I go to bed at about 3 AM in the midnight and get up a 8 AM in the morning. Its about 5 hours of sleep. You should not take not of that term "healthy sleep". I just sleep for 5 hours, but even though I have a sleep for 8 or more hours going to bed at 3 AM , its not a kind of healthy sleep. I believe its enough for young peoples to have a sleep of about 6 hrs a day, whereas in the case of old peoples, 8 hours rest for eyes is a must. Going to bed atleast around at 11 PM is wat is called the right time to sleep. If you tend to sleep at mornings, after sunshine, what you have then is a disturbed sleep. Anytime you sleep after sunset and before sunrise is what is called the right time. If you gonna sleep after sunshine in the morning, its not called as a healthy sleep. Peoples who sleep after sunshine will definitely get some lazyness during the work time and feels sleepy. But if you are a person, due to unavoidable reason have to sleep after sunshine, (like me) then the best thing I will advice is to do yoga. Practicing yoga soon after you wake up will make you brisk, active throughout the day and keep you health. Mainly there is one eye "asana" is there in yoga where you role your eyes and doing so will keep up your eyes effectively throughout a day. Whenever you dont have a 'healthy sleep', if you just gonna do some yoga works after you wake up, means that you are still healthy in spite of having an unhealthy sleep. One main problem behind having an unhealthy sleep is you always feel a drowsing stage and be sleepy in the day time. Even though there is nothing like you will be perfect if you just do yoga and dont have enough sleep, yoga is the best way to keep yourself healthy in times of hard times when you cant find a healthy sleep. Also please note that atleast you should have an unhealthy sleep (meaning atleast sleep after sunshine) in order to keep you healthy. I mean doing yoga alone will not give you the activeness and positivity in your work. Also you should avoid over-sleeping. If you are a middlged aged man or young man, you never need to sleep more than 8 hours a day. By over sleeping, you will always feel sleepy throughout the day. One thing you should understand the most is that everyone like to sleep. Right? Its a kind of drug. If you are feeling sleepy in the day time, it means you are addicted to sleep. So you should find the reason why you actually got addicted to it. The reason is pretty simple. Its because you like the sleep. Here what you can actually do is you should just set the time for yourself to sleep. For example, xxx time --- yyy time. If your mind tells you to sleep after the time "yyy", you should actually start hating it. And you should make this as an habit everyday. Also like I said, you should set a time to sleep, while doing so, just keep an alarm or any sound instrument that alerts you at the exact time "yyy" that you fixed. And now, while getting up at this time "yyy", just get up as if the house have got fired. By this way you would be brisk enough since the first minute you wake up. This also will make your whole day a good day. Now, practice this alarm method daily for 15 days or just do it untill you find yourself that you can get up without an alarm. I can assure you that at some point, you will automatically get up at the exact time "yyy" without even having the help of alarm. Once you start waking up exactly at the same time using an alarm, after a few days, if you dont use an alarm also, your brain will start telling you to "get up" "get up", "get up" at exactly the same time you use to get up while using alarm. Also while getting up, (after some days, without using an alarm)just try to get up aggressively , as if your house is under fire. Now what will happen is , like I said earlier, you will start to get the activeness and briskness right from the first minute, you get up from sleep. And this activeness will remain the same throughout the day , till you go to sleep in the night. Also by practicing yoga, soon after you wake up, also by following the healthy sleep method, you can find an intense power with you and an unbelievable activenss throughout the day and u will never go sleep while you are in work.
