I finally went to the potometrist yesterday to have my eyes checked. Whew! I'm far-sighted, must be why i get these headaches after work. Now the docter said i need to wear my glasses all the time. Bummer. COz i hate wearing glasses. But at least ui can see better. Now i can see if people around are really good-looking or it was just my eyes playing tricks on me when i didnt have my glasses yet

Nice way to look at it. And looking through your glasses. 
It's bad that you should have to have this, but wear your glasses all the time and take care of your eyes. For now you can see the people around you, but if situation worsens, you might not be able to see anything. Take care. They are the most important part of the body and the visage.

Oh really, that's good it's better not to mind what other people would say while seeing you wearing eyeglass. It's good that you can see better now than before. You know actually I used eyeglass too, I used to hate it when I see myself a bit nerd while wearing this, but what can I do, I have to wear it or I can't see things around me better. I also tried contact lenses but it just gave so much hassle wearing and taking of those so now I prefer eyeglasses.

Sorry u have to wear them all the time but I think its great that yu got a new pair! I love getting new glasses. I have worn glasses longer than I can remember and its always fun to get new ones. I would have several pair if I could afford it. You know different styles for different moods and such. So anyway, enjoy your glasses!

Good for you, now you can identify chicken with ducks, hehehe just kidding jj, anyway, that is a very important thing for you just remember to keep it out of reach of children all the time, hehehe. I bet you are good looking with the glasses, hmmm, photos please.

It must be really frustrating when you can't see things properly so i'm glad you got some glasses sorted!! It will probably take a bit of getting used to but i'll bet you'll forget you're even wearing them after a while! Maybe i need some to help with my choice in men!! lol xxx

i really need to go back in and have my eyes checked again. i cant see as well as i used to and im sure i need a stronger prescription now. hate having to spend that money though lol!
ive been wearing glasses for a long time now. never really bothered me, i never felt like a geek or a nerd, though i never felt any smarter LOL!
my eyeballs are the opposite..i am near-sighted..so i need glasses to drive and be able to see the tv. reading on the other hand i dont need glasses at all. but i tend to have them on all the time anyways. if i didnt id forget where i left them! which happens often enough as it is lol!

Oh I hate wearing glasses too. It's kind of burden on me. I just envy those people with perfect visions. The culprit I think is the computer. I had problem with my eyes eversince this computer gets invented. But one thing I really can't avoid is the computer and I've been having long exposure to computer radiation these days due to myLot. I think myLot should give me enough money so I could get a laser treatment to put back my 20-20 vision. Ha!ha!ha!

Well, in my case, i think it's not because of the PC. I was born premature and had to spend 1 week in the incubator (supposed to be 1 month but i was so active,the doctor decided a week was enough for me), and during that time the technology wasnt so good yet, so there were harmful effects of being in the incubator, and one of them is that the concentrated oxygen (i'm not so sure, but that's what was vaguely explained to me) in the incubator affects the eyes of the babies. Had i stayed longer in the incubator, i would have had really bad eyesight. I don t know about incubators now, but i think they're better than before.

Whew! I like your eyeglasses. You look like superhero. I thought that it was just ordinary glasses just for decoration. I am planning to have my eyes checked because I feel that there is something wrong. I would not be surprised if there is. This is because of our very challenging work. Aha! I wish the company will provide us with eyeglasses or they will buy new computers.
